Regular Agropur is looking for a Production Manager to join its Woodstock team. Reporting to the Plant Director, the Production Manager is responsible for planning and managing all aspects of plant operations while ensuring effective communication across all involved departments. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production and packaging operations with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and production volumes. Ensure key performance indicators (SQCDME) targets are consistently achieved. Drive a strong First Pass Right culture across operations. Foster and maintain a positive work environment where all employees are treated with respect and professionalism. Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards while supporting a strong safety culture. Lead and participate in meetings and projects aimed at optimizing production and packaging processes. Work closely with the Quality department to ensure compliance with SQF, CFIA regulations, HACCP standards, ...
