Job Description:

• Maximize productivity in the shop, planning workflow - assigning jobs, making paint schedule
• Working to maintain RPS at acceptable levels.
• Dealing with issues regarding both jobs/vehicles such as parts
• Assisting Autobody Technicians when needed, Working with office staff on booking/shop load
• Managerial duties with staff, including hiring, firing, regular check ins and performance reviews
