Level 1: Analyze and Optimize existing processes with improved performance Security/ Quality/ Cost/ Time/ Environment, and train productivity players.
Level 2: Integrate and start new processes within the plant in compliance with technical and economic objectives, as part of the Launch Leader missions in the SMART DEV.
