    Voor de afdeling Production zijn wij op zoek naar een Production Officer. Jij bent de rechterhand van de Production Manager én het verbindende element tussen de productie strategie en werkvloer. Je werkt nauw samen met een hecht team van supervisors, draagt bij aan een stabiele en goed georganiseerde productieomgeving en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen dezelfde richting uitloopt. Jouw rustige, analytische aanpak en gevoel voor samenwerking maken het verschil.


    Je voornaamste taken zijn:

  • Je vertaalt strategische prioriteiten naar werkbare acties op de werkvloer. Je luistert, vertaalt en zorgt voor heldere, consistente communicatie in beide richtingen. Je maakt daarbij gebruik van begrijpbare, visuele rapporteringen, toolboxmeetings en digitale informatieschermen.

  • Je bewaakt en analyseert productie- en kwaliteitsdata en vertaalt trend...
