Production Operator – Permanent (Reports to: Area Manager)
Location: Nanticoke, Ontario
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

About the Role

This position requires performing tasks that support operations across the plant’s producing units. Responsibilities include handling, transporting, and processing products and materials while operating equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, tractors, and heavy machinery. General labour duties such as shoveling, lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces are required. All work must follow established safety procedures and guidelines, and the use of company‑issued personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
