Production Planner

Our Edmonton based client is seeking a Production Planner to lead the planning and scheduling function within a growing manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for owning the production schedule, managing job releases, maintaining ERP accuracy, supporting daily operational planning, and driving structured communication across internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on manufacturing planning experience, strong ERP scheduling capability, excellent execution discipline, and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Maintain the master production schedule

Lead daily planning meetings and align operations and supply chain priorities

Create and release production jobs, issue components to WIP, process returns, and close jobs within defined timelines
