- EC Implementation, Defining Phase in / phase out dates.
- Add NPI Pilot runs to line schedule.
- Subassembly and FG inventory control vs Fill rates
- Direct contact with CSR to ensure all the dates and requests are being answered and solved in a timely manner
- Monitor on Time Shipments by request, lead time and promise dates.
Keeping results above targets.
