Wat ga je doen?


  • Als Production Requirement Analyst zorg je voor een efficiënte productie door het garanderen van de beschikbaarheid van grondstoffen en halffabricaten op het juiste moment en de juiste plaats (coördinatie van Raw Materials & Half-Fabrikaat flows voor onze site in Pelt).

  • Je vormt de schakel tussen productie, planning, inkoop, supply chain en leveranciers. Je stemt forecasts en S&OP-input af met interne én externe stakeholders om de balans in de keten te waarborgen.

  •  Je beheert voorraadniveaus, veiligheidsstocks en re-orderpoints, zet replenishmentadviezen om naar inkooporders en volgt leveringen op.

  • Bij afwijkingen of vertragingen onderneem je proactief actie en werk je oplossingsgericht samen met stakeholders.

  • Je herkent verbeterkansen in de supply chain en productie. Je optimaliseert processen en voorraadkosten via data-analyse en initieert verbeteringen (bv. rond MOQ’s, lead times en resourceg...
