Job Description
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and currently looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking an experienced Production Shift Lead - Pallet Repair to supervise our client’s team. The shifts are Monday to Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm and 3:30pm - 12:00am. This position starts at $20/hr. If you have a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet productivity targets, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise team members on shift.
- Identify any maintenance issues, order repairs and offer technical guidance.
- Inspect equipment and products for quality purposes ensuring standards are met.
- Document all repair activities to maintain accurate records.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized sorting area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership team.
