Production Supervisor

On behalf of our GTA-based manufacturing client, WinstonBrock Recruitment is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations.

About the Role

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for guiding daily shift operations, driving productivity, and maintaining strong quality and safety standards. This leader will work closely with the General Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are met, resources are allocated effectively, and continuous improvement is embedded into daily practices.

Shifts: Afternoon shift

Compensation: $85 - $90K/year
