The Opportunity:

The purpose of this position is to support the Laboratory as part of a team of supervisors, working closely with the Production Manager, Production Planner and other Departmental Managers.

The shift team lead role will direct the activities of team members and supervisors working within the production department, scheduling their work to meet production requirements and ensure an efficient and safe working environment.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
