Job Description

As part of the production team, responsible for ensuring the timely production of cables and supervise operators to ensure adherence to all the Standards, Policy & Procedures set bythe organization.

Key Deliverables:

  • Attend daily meetings with the production manager and the team to understand the production status of the previous shift. 
  • Receive the schedule from planning and allocate daily tasks to operators based on the schedule. 
  • You will be responsible to coordinate with planning department to understand the priorities of daily tasks. 
  • Inspect the materials to check the quality during production.
  • Communicate with the Plant logistics to ensure delivery of materials on time.
  • Ensure the operators follow the health and safety procedures while at work.
  • Manage the performance appraisal and leaves of the operators in coordination with the manager 
  • Report faults to the process & maintenance teams.
