As a Production Supervisor, you will lead high‑volume manufacturing operations across PCB assembly, high‑performance copper cable (HCP) production for major data center customers, and fiber‑optic processes. You will oversee large teams, drive continuous improvement, improve yield and rates, reduce headcount dependencies, and ensure stable operational performance across shifting production demands. In this role, you will support mission‑critical manufacturing areas experiencing significant growth and operational complexity.
