Production Team Leader

Our Production Team Leaders build the foundation of our business. They engage their teams, keep employees safe and operations running smoothly! If you’re a leader at heart, have production experience and want to make a real impact, come join us! 

We’re looking for a Production Team leader to join our Oriented Strand Board (OSB) mill located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Meadow Lake employs employees and safely and sustainably produces million square feet of OSB every year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: 

  • Completion of grade . 

  • Completion of post-secondary education and/or a supervisory or leadership certificate is an asset. 

  • 3 – 5 years' experience within a manufacturing
