**About the Role**

Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our Industrial Client for a highly detail-oriented **BOM / Production Work Order Specialist** . This position plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by building accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and generating production work orders that drive shop floor activity.

This is **not a general clerical role** —we are seeking someone with manufacturing awareness who understands the downstream impact of accuracy on production, scheduling, and material procurement.
