**Job Title: Production Worker**
**Job Description**
As a Production Worker, you support machine operators by feeding rebar into bending and shearing machines, performing physically demanding tasks, and helping maintain a clean and safe work area. You work with steel products used by local construction companies for industrial and commercial buildings in the region, contributing directly to the production of critical construction materials.
**Essential Skills**
Minimum of 6+ months of experience in a labor-intensive role such as construction, manufacturing, warehousing, or similar environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently on a regular basis.
Comfort with frequent lifting of approximately 20 lbs and performing pulling, pushing, bending, and twisting motions throughout the shift.
Experience working as a machine operator or in a machine-assisted production environment.
