Job Description
Position Title: Program Coordinator
Line of Business: Learning and Development
Duration:Β 18 months (Possibility of Extension)
Working Location: Downtown Toronto [hybrid, 3 days a week in office - TBD by HM]
Role Mandate: This role supports the execution of learning programs by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
β’ Support program and project management, including leading logistics and coordinating the execution of all learning components.
β’ Lead training operations such as communications, Teams invitations, participant lists, meeting logistics, and a shared Outlook mailbox.
β’ Analyze program data to generate insights, track metrics and milestones, and provide recommendations.
β’ Organize and maintain accurate work information, including customized reports, initiative trackers, dashboards, and ad hoc reporting.
