Description
Amazon is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help scale our operations network through the launch of new facilities and expansion initiatives across the UAE. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-visibility programs that directly impact customer experience, business growth, and operational excellence.

As a Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of expansion projects from site selection and design through construction, launch readiness, and operational handover. You will work across multiple stakeholder groups including operations, engineering, finance, procurement, real estate, technology, and external partners to deliver new facilities safely, on time, and within budget.

This role requires strong program management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders across different functions, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
