Program Manager
Experience:
8–10 Years

Automotive / EV / OEM
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience in Project & Program Management in the Automotive industry.
Knowledge of the complete product life cycle & clear understanding of APQP processes & quality Gates with applicable milestones at each phase.
Work with engineering and Product planning teams to understand customer requirements.
Responsible for overall scope, time & Cost Management, and Program Readiness coordination from a project perspective.
Guide and manage systems and components life cycle by planning the design, release, part development, build & validation plans in association with CFTs to meet the agreed scope with QCD and timelines for the product.
Ensure that the program communication plan is effectively implemented and all the action points arising out of all program reviews are captured and systematically tracked for closure....
