Program Manager – Insights & Enablement

This role will join the Insights & Enablement team, a global group focused on enabling Data & Services to make data-driven decisions and operate effectively and efficiently. It will report to the Director of Insights & Enablement and play a key role in driving capacity management initiatives across the global Data & Services consulting organization (~2,500 consultants).

The position will lead and project manage multiple capacity management initiatives, partnering closely with senior leaders as well as internal technical and staffing teams. The Senior Analyst will also provide day-to-day leadership to global peers at the same level to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.
