The Mint is hiring a Program Manager, Business Continuity Management (BCM) who can thrive in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Risk Management, this role plays a critical part in strengthening the Mint’s operational resilience, helping ensure the organization can continue or recover critical operations during disruptive events.

You will provide enterprise‑wide guidance on business continuity by setting standards, enabling informed recovery planning and supporting coordination across business continuity, emergency response, and crisis management. By embedding continuity thinking into day‑to‑day operations and preparedness activities, your work will help reduce operational, financial, and reputational impacts during disruptions and emergencies.
