  • Responsible for ensuring high‑quality, on‑time and scope‑compliant delivery of all projects within the business unit.
  • Ensures transparent communication on status, risks and decision needs to avoid escalations at an early stage.
  • Critically reviews logistics concepts, project progress and schedules while actively promoting continuous improvements.
  • Aligns decisions jointly with the Business Unit whenever topics lie outside the project organization.
  • Participates in management and steering meetings, conducts project‑related site visits, attends customer appointments and supports test phases both on site and in‑house.
  • Requests additional resources from the line organization and provides structured feedback and improvement impulses.
  • Measures success through relevant KPIs such as on‑time delivery, quality and escalation prevention.
