JOB SUMMARY

The Program Manager is an action-oriented, adaptive global leader who drives the connection and professional growth of our community members. The Program Manager directs GHC’s program and operations, supporting East Africa with current operations in Uganda and Rwanda, managing the Africa Leadership Accelerator (ALA) and alumni programming regionally. Operating at a high level of ownership, they work in collaboration with colleagues to oversee all regional operations and logistics, including events management, annual registration, fellow recruitment and selection execution, and finances across both countries. As the primary coach for the fellows, the Manager provides strategic mentoring and organizational support to fellows, alumni, and partners.
