POSITION SUMMARY The Service Delivery Supervisor role is responsible for supervisory functions and contributes to the broader operational and/or organizational leadership. Key responsibilities include training, support, feedback and coaching for oversight on the health and wellβbeing of individuals in service. Supervisors are regularly called upon to undertake special projects, assignments and/or tasks, including representing the organization on internal and external committees
RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct, review and oversee person centered plans.
Reconcile, monitor, and document finances.
Ensure protocols and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
Protect and promote the health and safety of both employees and individuals.
Direct and monitor worksite hygiene and maintenance.
