This role supports project and order execution by providing strong project controls and operational coordination. The position monitors schedules, costs, billing, and key milestones, supports Project Managers with financial and performance tracking, manages ERP and project management systems, and ensures accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with PMO standards.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Manage operational activities related to OM orders and PA projects.
Monitor delivery milestones ensuring alignment between planning, execution, and customer commitments.
Support Project Managers in monitoring scope, schedule, and financial performance.
Identify risks or deviations related to cost, billing, and deadlines and propose corrective actions.
Ensure project documentation is organized and maintained according to PMO standards.
Manage project financial control including baseline budget, cost tracking, variance analysis, and margin.
