Overview

Reporting to the Supervisor, Procurement, the Project Buyer is a site-based role responsible for executing the timely and effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project activities and day-to-day requirements. This role operates independently in a fast-paced project environment and requires strong judgement, practical procurement experience, with a focus on securing best overall value for Ledcor and its clients. Working closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Project Controls and other project stakeholders, the Project Buyer ensures procurement activities align with project priorities, schedule, and site needs. The role also maintains compliance with company and client policies, procedures, and ethical sourcing requirements, including modern slavery standards.
