Job Description

Role Definition

Activities

HSE:

  • Implementation of HSE requirements related to the service

    • Coordination:

  • Package control with regards to progress monitoring, equipment delivery, processing and payments of invoices, cost reporting, detailed engineering documentation administration, package reporting, commercial matters all in line with the T&Cs of the contracts and instruction from Project PMT, as well as general administration
  • Monitoring of progress (PRIMAVERA) on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Follow up delivery of equipment
  • Control and process of invoices (progress, milestones, reimbursable, COs, team mission expenses)
  • Preparation and review of correspondence with Contractor
  • Forecast of payments according with Contract and preparation of Package Budget S-curve
  • Administration of detailed engineering documentation, transmittal from/to contractor, PMT and affiliate (through PRODOM) and...
