Project Controls Coordinator IV - Field Cost Analyst

Under the direction of the Supervisor Project Controls, provide analysis and support to the project team related to construction contract management, forecast and budget analysis, schedule review, LEMS entry, reporting of incurred costs and earned value measurements using Project Controls Cost Management System (EcoSys). The focus of this position is field-level controls to support construction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain the project contract(s) forecast and control budget at the WBS level with primary responsibility for field-level controls.
• Collect information for project cost estimates, establish control budgets, and perform ongoing monitoring and control of incurred project costs, cost forecasting, cost variance analysis, and cost reporting to various stakeholders.
