**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate projects to maximize productivity and efficiency while serving as the primary client contact.
- Manage project financials, resources, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Attend project meetings, documenting actions and ensuring follow-ups.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet company standards.
- Support equipment preparation, selection, and follow-up after site visits.
- Participate in initiatives to improve and standardize project processes.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams and support junior team members.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English (written and verbal).
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office.
- A detail-oriented, quality-focused approach with a commitment to safety.
