Project Coordinator (Construction) – Remote

Location: Colombia

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM ET

English: C1+ required

What you’ll do

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
• Track budgets, costs, and change orders
• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Support procurement and project closeout processes

Requirements

• 2+ years in construction (Project Coordinator, Assistant, or Project Engineer)
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, and document control
• Exposure to cost tracking or budgets
• Advanced English (C1+)
• Strong Excel and organizational skills
• Baccalaureate / Middle Education
