We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a Senior Project Manager on IT infrastructure initiatives for construction and renovation projects. This role will start with administrative responsibilities and progressively involve learning project processes. The position is ideal for candidates with foundational project coordination experience, or who are eager to grow within IT infrastructure project coordination. Someone coming from a administrative, communications, or IT background would be a fit for this role. We are open to candidates that have done some form of documentation, running meetings, purchase orders, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities Include: Assist Senior Project Managers with large-scale projects (e.g., multi-floor hospital upgrades).
