Job Summary

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for the administration of contracts and contractual obligations including those related to subcontractors, contract changes, order changes, drawings, and material requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent E.S. Fox Limited as the point of contact with the client in a professional and fair manner.
• Understand all aspects of a project budget and liaise with the client on any cost‑related issues.
• Develop overall project schedules and oversee the maintenance, progress, and issuance of schedules.
• Understand the project scope and liaise with the client on any scope‑related issues.
• Understand and administer the contractual agreements between E.S. Fox Limited and the client while ensuring conformance to all contract documents.
