• Provide executive-level direction and leadership across a program of interrelated digital transformation projects, ensuring coherent strategy, governance, and delivery aligned with the strategic objectives
• Serve as the most senior point of accountability with external stakeholders, software vendors, and strategic partners, setting expectations, resolving escalations, and driving alignment across delivery streams
• Partner with executive sponsors and senior business owners to define transformation vision, set program scope, establish success criteria, and resolve cross-functional trade-offs
