Identify and assess critical linear sanitary infrastructure. Develop and manage priority critical linear sanitary infrastructure projects upgrade program. Plan and manage linear infrastructure (sanitary and reclaimed water) projects during scoping, conceptual design and feasibility analysis. Conduct field investigations, modeling analysis, options analysis (including constructability), life cycle cost analysis, risk assessments, project cost estimates, and engagement with interested parties (...
