Summary

This role owns technical scope across the full project lifecycle—from proposal development and CAPEX planning through to production ramp‑up and continuous improvement. The position flexes between project‑based engineering work and hands‑on manufacturing/process support, ensuring seamless integration of engineering intent into productive, compliant, and optimized production systems. The role supports the Project Manager in delivering complex programs while driving manufacturing excellence on the shop floor.
