Key Responsibilities

Provide project and construction management services for assigned scopes of work, particularly in marine environments, including value engineering and constructability input.

Lead weekly and monthly coordination meetings between the client and contractor’s teams, track progress, and support resolutionof schedule or budget challenges.

Oversee the design and construction of different types of marine structures and facilities as well as operations such as dredging and shore armouring.

Assist in the preparation of specifications and tender documents for ports and marine work packages.

Collaborate with contractors to implement effective workarounds for delays and cost overruns.

Manage Field Engineers/Inspectors and ensure timely responses to RFIs and contractor queries.
