**Duties and Responsibilities**
Essential Functions: - Primary point of communication interface to the customer for the respective program(s) within the unit as well as all the deliverables that are in the program they will manage.
- Possesses the interpersonal skills to build relationships with key customer contacts responsible for the decision making process.
Actively listens, probes and identifies concerns.
Understands customer's business and speaks their language.
Develops credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
- Ability to manage customers and keep them candid throughout the relationship.
