Project Geotechnical Engineer

At MacKay, we are expanding and seeking a dedicated & relationship‑driven Project Geotechnical Engineer in Fort Collins, CO. The role focuses on geohazards, infrastructure design, and construction defect investigations as part of the Infrastructure and Development team.

The position requires travel for about 25% of the time and offers a flexible, collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project management


• Help oversee junior staff


• Interface with clients


• Assist market sector lead with marketing, proposal preparation, and cost estimates as needed


• Assist on project work for other market sectors as needed


• Conduct construction management activities

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil, Geological Engineering, Engineering Geology, or related discipline
