Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure all operational standards and processes are achieved, ensuring efficiency, consistency and excellence.
• Build and develop operations talent and cultural management, supporting a work environment that encourages learning and professional growth.
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and lean culture through best practices, training and development of all staff members.
• Participate and review Project Execution and Quality Control (QC) plans with the Project Superintendent (PS).
