An established and growing main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new-build teaching block at a live secondary school. The Project Manager will take full responsibility for delivering the project through to completion, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to the day-to-day operation of the school

Develop and manage the construction programme, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to maintain productivity and quality.
