Responsibilities

As a Project Manage you would be required to manager multiple restoration files at any given time. On site estimation for residential and commercial mitigation and reconstruction. Schedule cleanup crews and equipment. Schedule and supervise sub trades. Meet with Insurance adjusters and clients. Document claims, scopes of work and services provided. Manage all contracts.

Qualifications

Professional qualifications and experience required for the job are as follows. A minimum of three years experience with disaster restoration contracting.
