Job Description

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Communicating with customers to establish their business requirements
  • Writing high level specification / requirements
    Splitting customer requests into workable tasks
  • Communicating with Willows team to coordinate work done for customers
  • Managing and coordinating workloads
  • Determining most efficient resource allocation for current workload

    • Candidate Requirements

  • Experience with project management and PM tools
    Experience in customer facing roles
  • Highly technical, ideally with some development / IT experience
  • Organised, good communicator, enjoys talking to people.
  • Has worked in a busy Digital Agency and undestands Agency Life.
  • Experience is as important as qualifications
  • A 3rd level qualification in business and or computer related field.
  • In depth knowledge of building and maintaining ecommerce sites.
