We are looking for a project manager for the Federation of Finnish Enterprise Agencies starting on 1st of August 2026.

The project manager’s position is related to the project A broader landscape of ownership change – alternative models for continuing business operations in rural areas.

The aim of the project is to increase awareness of alternative ownership change and entrepreneurship paths in Finland. The project will make visible and utilize models of ownership and transition to entrepreneurship that have so far received less attention, such as co‑ownership, phased ownership changes (ETA model), franchising entrepreneurship, and cooperative and employee‑oriented solutions.

The project will compile and structure domestic and international information on alternative ownership change models, concretize them into entities understandable to target groups, and disseminate information nationwide through multi‑channel communication.
