Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, executes and controls assigned infrastructure and engineering projects involving larger scope, risk, impact and sensitivity; ensures successful delivery according to Enterprise engineering project management standards, governance, and procedures.
• Plan, manage, execute, and control all aspects of assigned capital projects aligned with divisional strategy and departmental objectives.
• Lead strategic planning of assigned capital projects: define scope in collaboration with senior management; create business cases/justifications and work plans; determine objectives, measurements, budget, resources, stakeholders; set up project schedule and review plans.
• Manage and monitor assigned projects through implementation, including execution per project plan; create project management records; monitor progress and financial status; anticipate and proactively manage change throughout the project life cycle.
