What You Will Do
Lead the end‐to‐end delivery of multiple concurrent custom software and technology projects, ensuring on‐time, on‐scope, and on‐budget completion within the Canvas LMS and related EdTech ecosystems.
Cultivate high‐trust client partnerships by providing skilled communication, proactive expectation management, and effective change management throughout project lifecycles.
Drive collaboration and coordination across cross‐functional teams—including Solutions Architecture, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Customer Success, and Sales—to address complex requirements and oversee critical project milestones such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Develop and implement strong risk mitigation, status tracking, and accountability strategies at all stages of project delivery.
Utilize enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, PSA tools) for detailed project tracking, resource management, and executive reporting.
