This critical role ensures the smooth and efficient onboarding of new programs supporting a key customer, while also managing various projects related to process improvement, team initiatives, and other key business objectives within this high-visibility account. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with proven project management skills, excellent communication abilities, a passion for creating a positive onboarding experience, and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
