Major Responsibilities:

Leads and manages all aspects of assigned projects including project charter, project plan and schedule, project approvals, project resources, project progress, budget, risk management, issues management, change management, resource management, and quality assuranceDetermines project requirements, conducting research and evaluations, and obtaining all approvals and signoffsEngages and works in collaboration with project staff, TRCA divisions and external project partners and coordinates Project Management Teams, Working Groups or CommitteesPrepares preliminary work plans to develop estimates for projects.
