Virtual Design & Construction Project Manager (Vancouver)

The role requires availability to work on‑site or at the local head office Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The VDC Project Manager will report to the VDC Manager. The VDC Project Manager will oversee the daily management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring alignment with construction project schedules across projects of varying scope and complexity. This role also will lead, communicate with, and guide the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) team, providing best practices, tools, and expertise to support the strategic implementation of modeling. The role is responsible for managing VDC scope, schedule, and budget at the project level, ensuring effective use of resources and alignment with overall project financial goals.
