Description

To respond to the priorities of the Government of Ontario through the passage of the Bill 5, Protect Ontario by Unleashing Our Economy Act 2025, the resource may be partially assigned to Bill 5 related projects or initiatives on an as needed basis.

Major Responsibilities

• Ensures project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Communicates effectively, diplomatically and tactfully with multiple stakeholders and Ministry branches.
• Facilitates business process change using a methodical approach, methods and techniques for both the project and Ministry’s success.
• Plan and lead project deliverables using Agile and Digital approaches.
