Job Description

Westhouse is one of the leading international recruitment agencies for the procurement of highly qualified experts in fields such as IT lifecycle management, SAP, engineering, commerce and specialist consultancy.

For our client we are currently looking for a Project Portfolio Manager – permanent position in Barcelona (m/f/d) - Barcelona.

Your tasks

  • Operate the end-to-end project portfolio lifecycle, including intake, prioritization, planning, execution tracking, and sunsetting of initiatives.
  • Maintain the portfolio inventory and roadmap, ensuring accurate metadata (scope, KPIs, risks, dependencies, milestones, financials) and audit-ready documentation.
  • Prepare and facilitate governance forums (agenda, materials, minutes, actions), ensuring timely follow-up on decisions, risks, and dependencies.
